  • Using the App to upload or distribute malicious software or content.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free Trial: The App may offer a free trial period. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to continue using premium features.
• Subscriptions: Subscription plans and pricing are detailed within the App. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan.
• Cancellation and Refunds: Subscriptions can be canceled through the App Store or Play Store. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective platform.

5. User Conduct

Users are expected to engage with the App respectfully and in compliance with these Terms. Hate speech, harassment, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited. As the App does not feature user interaction or communication, any attempt to misuse the App’s features will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindscape will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in North Carolina.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
